About

MarinaI received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, I will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.

I am currently a graduate student in the School of Social Work at Rutgers University. I have a Bachelors of  Science degree in Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University and also studied Speech Language Pathology at Northwestern University.  In addition, I hold two children's yoga certifications from Integral Yoga Institute and Golden Bridge Yoga in NYC and I am a licensed Yoga for the Special Child and Radiant Child practitioner.

My  interest in holistic health and nutrition started in high school when I began learning about and practicing the Macrobiotic Diet & Lifestyle and continued well into college, when I discovered Kundalini Yoga & Meditation.

My personal life experience and educational background make me a specialist in helping people who struggle with gluten intolerance, hypoglycemia, depression and anxiety.
