Raw Thai Noodle Dish

Prep Notes


3-4 oz lime juice

1/2 inch of ginger root

1 T Kelp Powder

5 scallion bottoms or 1/8 onion

2 celery stalks

3 garlic cloves

cayenne pepper, to taste

1/2 large carrot


1 jar of raw organic almond butterĀ 

1 bag of kelp noodles

1 shredded carrot

5 sliced scallions

1/4 sliced red cabbage

cucumber sticks

chopped cilantro

Braggs Liquid Aminos


1. Blend sauce ingredients in a Vitamix or other blender

2. Cover with water to 1/4 inch above top of vegetables and blend well

3. Add in almond butter a little at a time until desired thickness is reached

4. Toss vegetables with kelp noodles

5. Add sauce to vegetables and kelp noodles

6. Add Braggs to taste

7. Enjoy!
